2.2. Classes Duration
From September 25th to December 18th
30 hours total. One session per week, every Friday from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM.

3. Law and Taxation in Lebanon
3.1. Course Description
This course provides a comprehensive overview of the Lebanese legal system and its tax regulations. Students will gain a deep understanding of the legal principles governing business operations and individual rights, as well as the intricacies of taxation in Lebanon. The course covers key topics such as the Lebanese Constitution, commercial law, labor law, and the various types of taxes applicable in Lebanon, including income tax, VAT, and customs duties.
3.2. Course Objectives
To understand the basic structure and functions of the Lebanese legal system.
To analyze the major components of Lebanese commercial law and their impact on businesses.
To examine labor laws and their application in the Lebanese context.
To gain knowledge of the Lebanese tax system, including income tax, VAT, and customs duties.
To develop skills in applying legal and tax principles to real-world scenarios.

Labor and NSSF Law: $200
Income Tax: $200
Value-Added tax (VAT): $200
3.4. Classes Duration
From Septemper 23th to December 16th
15 hours each. One session per week, every Monday from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
